Ingredients
ABOUT 60-70 TRUFFLES
Truffles
  • 250gr whipped cream 35% fat
  • 280gr chocolate coverture Ion
  • 47 gr Butter
  • 3 gr Havana Club Rum 3 years Old
  • 40 gr Granulated Sugar
  • 250 gr grated Coconut
Method
Preparation
STEP BY STEP
For the Truffles
  • STEP 01
    Place the whipped cream, sugar & the butter in one small casserole and let it boil.
  • STEP 02
    Add the chocolate, butter and the rum and mix them together with a whisk until the chocolate melts and mixture becomes smooth.
  • STEP 03
    Place the mixture in one baking tin with baking pepper, cover with cling film and leave it in refrigerator for 3 hours until the mixture gets cold.
  • STEP 04
    Cut the chocolate in small squares and place them in the granulated Coconut.
  • STEP 05
    Serve the truffles and topped them with granulated coconut in the plate.
