Consulting at the award-winning Mykonos Earth Suites, a member of the Hotel Brain Group

I recently embarked on a new partnership with Mykonos Earth Suites as a Consultant Chef.

As part of this venture, breakfast, lunch and dinner menus were created for the hotel’s à la carte restaurant. Additionally, vegetarian, vegan and degustation menus were designed. The menus were crafted with a fundamental focus on fresh, quality ingredients and home-made recipes, emphasising local, Greek and Mediterranean cuisine, all with a creative flair. As a Consultant Chef, working closely with the hotel’s management, I took on the task of training the staff, organising and improving the kitchen operation, both operationally and equipment-wise, as well as providing continuous support, oversight and guidance on any matters related to the kitchen and the restaurant in general.
