Opening of MALT restaurant at Ftelos Brewery

The MALT restaurant, located within the Ftelos Brewery, opened its doors on the island of Santorini on 18 May 2023.

The restaurant offers creative dishes crafted from fresh and quality ingredients, inspired by the Greek and Mediterranean cuisine, while preserving tradition and reflecting the local culture. The menus feature a wide range of choices, including special vegetarian and vegan options. Additionally, there are degustation and beer pairing menus for those who wish to savour the brewery’s fresh beers in combination with quality cuisine. As it is situated within a modern, state-of-the-art creative brewery, known for its original, quality and flavoursome beers, these beers are incorporated into several savoury and sweet recipes, consistently impressing both us and our guests.
